Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of exceptional cleanliness and quick housekeeping services alongside poorly designed rooms. The marble flooring and high-quality bedding provide a luxurious touch; however, the room layout leaves much to be desired.
The hotel has high aesthetic quality rooms that are very functional and incorporate new technologies, offering a good view of the garden from the breakfast area on the top floor. However, there were some minor issues like a bad, dirty nightstands and a small table by the window.
I had a mixed experience at The Eden. The rooms were well-appointed with luxurious touches and a superbly comfy bed, but I was disappointed by the state of the nightstands and table. On the bright side, the complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful touch, and ordering extra cold sparkling water was a nice gesture to counter our post-flight dehydration.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely stunning. The rooms were incredibly beautiful and the best-designed I have ever seen. The marble baths, B&O Bluetooth, and mega-screen TV added an extra touch of luxury. The views from the rooms were almost as breathtaking as the ones from the rooftop bar. However, the price of some services was higher than expected.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed with high aesthetic quality, functional, and equipped with new technologies. The only downside was that the table was a bit small. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there was a small issue with the airport transfers. The location is superb, just a short distance from the upper part of the Spanish Steps, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The dining experience could use more variety, but the grilled fish was delicious. The facilities were top-notch, especially the one-star restaurant La Terrazza.
I stayed in one of the worst designed hotel rooms ever, but I was surprised by the high aesthetic quality that still made it very functional. The room was small, but the spacious bathroom was a plus. The beautiful decor and the heavenly bed made up for it.
